1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We want to make your experience as seamless as possible, which is why we offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide on all orders.

  • Standard Shipping: Free (Worldwide)

  • Expedited / Alternative Shipping: If additional premium shipping methods are available and selected at checkout, extra calculated charges will apply based on your location and chosen service.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier transit times.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vook is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we are here to help.

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days to request a return or refund. This window begins from the date the last item from your order has been successfully delivered to your address.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
